Insight Into Action Therapy is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Payment is made to Insight at the time of service.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Remaining outside insurance networks gives our clinicians greater flexibility in treatment and limits the information routinely shared with insurers. If you choose to submit a superbill, certain service and diagnostic information will be provided to your insurance company as part of the reimbursement request.

We also provide Good Faith Estimates when applicable, maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy, and never sell client data.
